Refund and Weather Policy

Rain, rain, go away…

If bad weather is expected you can choose from the below options.

  1. Cancel with a full refund

    We will do our best to alert you of expected bad weather so you can cancel in time. Cancellation must be made before your setup begins. We begin setting up anywhere from 1 to 2 hours before.

  2. Reschedule

    If you plan on staying in Portugal for a few more days we be happy to move your booking around.

  3. Keep your booking and hope the weather passes

  4. Please text us with your decision and booking number

Refund policy

We require a 12 hours notice via email or text for all cancellations. In which case, you will receive a full refund.

If cancellations are under the 12 hour mark there will be a fee of €50.00

Return policy

All items must be returned by the end of your rental period, with the exception of any food or beverage purchased. Missing items will be charged to the card on file for the full value.
