Your initial confirmation email contains all the helpful information you will need. This includes the exact location/address of where to be dropped off in your Uber or taxi. Along with the walking path to take.
Two hours before your booking, we will text you to remind you that your booking is coming up!
Once your booking is assembled, we will send a photo and drop a pin to the exact spot. (Nobody has ever gotten lost or not found it.)

When you leave, we ask that you close your umbrella (cabanas do not need to be lowered) and text us “checking out” with your rental number to let us know.
